Terms of Service

By creating an account on AutoBlog (the "Platform", "Service" or "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully. If you don't agree with any clause, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service implies automatic acceptance of any future changes.

2. Description of the service

AutoBlog is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers:

• Automated keyword research by search intent;
• Generation of SEO-optimized articles in multiple languages;
• Automatic publishing to WordPress and Wix sites connected by the user;
• Editorial calendar, metrics dashboard and Google Search Console integrations;
• Advanced features such as competitor research, automatic internal links and content clusters, depending on the plan.

3. Registration and account

To use the Service, you must create an account providing true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. Plans and billing

We offer paid plans (Solo, Growth, Pro, Agency Starter, Scale and Unlimited) and a free plan (Free) with reduced limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or quarterly via credit card processed by our partner Stripe. Lifetime access, when available, is charged as a one-time payment.

• 7-day guarantee: subscribers to paid plans may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge, no questions asked;
• Cancellation: monthly and quarterly plans can be canceled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the cycle already paid;
• Price changes: price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and only take effect in the next cycle.

5. Generated content and intellectual property

All content generated by the Platform is the exclusive property of the user. You may edit, publish, monetize and distribute the content freely. We claim no rights over the articles produced.

In return, you are responsible for reviewing the content before publishing, ensuring it aligns with your brand, does not infringe third-party rights, does not contain false or misleading information, and complies with applicable law (including copyright and advertising).

6. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use AutoBlog to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic content or content that incites violence;
• Promote fraudulent activities, scams or pyramid schemes;
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other third-party rights;
• Improperly manipulate search results via black-hat SEO techniques;
• Attempt to access restricted areas, perform reverse engineering or exploit vulnerabilities.

Violating this clause may result in immediate account suspension, with no refund.

7. Limitation of liability

AutoBlog is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or any search engine — rankings depend on factors outside our control. We are not responsible for commercial losses arising from changes in search algorithms, downtime of third-party providers (WordPress, Stripe, Google) or the user's editorial decisions.

8. Privacy and data

The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law 13.709/2018).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Relevant changes will be communicated by email and/or notification in the dashboard. Continued use of the Platform after the communication implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo - SP are elected to settle any disputes, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
